For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a suitable candidate for the location Manching, Germany starting as soon as possible for the following position:

Integrated Planning Management Analysis (f/m/d) Ref. 2021_012

Your responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Engineering Office in the Engineering management to assure the delivery of the projects, focused in Tornado
  
• Support the CoC ́s in the Workload vs Workforce balance
  
• Support the Top Management facilitating the Strategic decision making
  
• Control the actual situation against planning, in terms of workload, workforce and scheduling
  
• Prepare the Engineering Review Meetings
  
• Prepare the Engineering Dashboard reporting
  
• Manage the On Time/On Cost Engineering tasks and milestones
  
• Coordinate the engineering improvement performance activities 
  
• Calculate and consolidate Workload based on various inputs (Programs Plan, Sub contracting targets, Workforce Plan) for the horizons of operational business, OP, and strategic planning 
  
• Performance Indicators for milestones achievement 
  
• Engineering Tornado Ramp-up Initiative
  

Your skills:

• At least a Bachelor degree in Engineering
  
• At least 2 years of work experience in Engineering and / or Projectmanagement
  
• Experience in dealing with databases is necessary
  
• Experience in creation and processing with reports is required
  
• Knowledge with Unified Planning Tool would be a plus
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
  
• Fluent in German and English
